John Autard established Autard de Bragard Design & Decoration in Cape Town in 1993. He served a three year apprenticeship to Jenny Tuckett of Pams Paper's & Fabrics in Johanneburg from 1989 till 1993. John was elected as the Western Cape Liaison Officer to the South African Guild of Interior Designers (SAGID) in 1995 - a position which he held for three periods. He was the editor for the SAGID News for a period of three years. He became the Western Cape Representative for the South African Institute of the Interior Design Professions (IID) from 2007 until 2010. |

Johns style of interior design and decoration is based on the individual requirements and budgets of each client. He is fully conversant in contemporary and traditional design. John has won two gold awards for his own stands on Decorex and has just recently won top honours at Decorex Cape 2010 for the best Birdhouse Design. In 2000 he was the national winner of a design competition held by Design Benedikt for contemporary furniture. |

John operates on a consultancy basis only, his main focus is providing internet based services to the interior design industry from website design and maintenance to email marketing facilities within the industry. He runs the highly successful Interior Placements website which provides a platform for persons looking for staff or positions as well as marketing products and services |

John designs basic HTML based websites and does website maintenance on existing HTML sites. |

| All new websites are registered with Websurf South Africa. Websurf is based in Somerset West and provides excellent service and competitive rates: |
- Once off registration fee of R99.00 plus VAT.
- A .co.za address costs R75.00 plus VAT and a .com address R130.00 plus VAT per annum.
- A .co.za address costs R75.00 plus VAT and a .com address R130.00 plus VAT per annum.
- A basic monthly hosting fee of R25.00 plus VAT which allows for 2 email addresses and 50mb of storage. More comprehensive packages are available.
- The above rates are subject to confirmation at time of registration and all payments are made directly to Websurf.

| DESIGN RATES |
| All rates below include artwork and design of webpage as well as registration with basic search engines. |
- One Page website with maximum 20 images and no limit to text R 2 000.00 plus VAT.
- Three page website with maximum 20 images per page R 2 800.00 plus VAT.
- Additional pages or maintenance of websites or webpages subject to quotation.
- All websites are given a permanent link in the SA InteriorLinks Website.
